Editing Existing Typefaces

So at work, we're working on redesigning the Panther's Den logo. I had been coming up with different sports themes logos and all that.

In one of the logo variations, I edited the typeface "Copperplate" and made it into something way cooler and more athletic looking. Check it out.

I randomly threw this together as sort of a parody of the ads about Meth.

Poster Campaign

The "Meth: Not Even Once" campaign is pretty powerful....and also kind of funny. I'm sorry but if you do it, its your own fault..

What I Collect

*Disclaimer: Not actually my collection...my is not this large...at all.

I tend to hold on to a lot of things, mostly without even realizing it.

•I keep a lot of my drawings. I believe the oldest ones I have are from when I first moved to Georgia in 1996.
•I collect comic books when I can make it to the shop to get some new or old issues. They spark my imagination and make me want to illustrate more.
•I randomly hold on to magazines.
•I have gathered 5 guitars. I think guitars are beautiful. I think its mostly the shape and finishes that catch my eye.
•I gather random pieces from random illustrators and designers that I am a fan of.

There are plenty of other things also, but they tend to come at random for if I see something that catches my attention, I try to keep it stored somewhere.

Best in T-Shirt Design

Sin City Themed Tee
I just love the simple palette, and Frank Miller's art style is amazing.
Paper Tiger
The use of color in this tee is awesome and very striking. I wish I had it.

Guess Who?
This one is just funny.

When it comes to tees, I look for things that either have bands, nostalgic things such as superheroes and cartoons, or simple and well-designed screen prints.

Threadless.com and Hottopic.com are a couple of my favorite places to shop for tees.
