Savage Pizza Background

I finally got a chance to talk to Savage Pizza's owner. His name is Field and he pretty much gave me the rundown of the company. I thought the name of the restaurant was based on French artist Henri Gaudier-Brzeska, dubbed the "Savage Messiah". I was partially correct in assuming this but Field also had a business partner named Myron who was also called "Savage Messiah" which was shortened to "Savage". The entire reason why the restaurant has a comic book theme is because "Savage" had some comic book paintings that he had done, and this was all he and Field had to decorate the place, spawning the Savage Pizza most people know and love today. When I talked to Field about my ideas, he told me that having a theme dealing with the word Savage was one of their original plans that was scrapped. He also stressed the fact that having a "kid-friendly" environment was something they liked providing.

There will be more info soon.

Visit to Savage Pizza!

Today I went to Savage Pizza to try and talk to the owner. Much to my disappointment he was not there. I did, however get food and took a few snapshots of the interior of the restaurant. The photos are posted below.

I'm in the process of redesigning my personal logo. It has gone through a Lot of changes and by a lot, I mean completely. The old one was very one dimensional where as the new one is more universal. I think this is the one.

This is the old design using all three initials of my name.

This is the new one. I think this is much better
