After fighting with myself I finally came up with something. I tried to keep the body copy to a minimum and added a wrinkled paper effect to it to make it a tad more grungy. Any suggestions?

Possible Alternate

I think a few touches of color may make this more interesting. I was thinking of using colors from my Logo palette rather than leaving everything grayscale. I could also recolor the image but that may take too much time...
